Once the commission has been made and already approved, it cannot be refunded. If you give that character/creature away, this does not give you a reason to ask for a refund either.

If tweaking of the image needs to be made during the commission process, please tell me after an update before I continue further! If you do not say anything, I will continue on with the commission. Letting me know beforehand means less time spent erasing a spot over and over and your commission being done quicker!

I will not do humans or anything human-like! My specialties are Dragons, Anthros, Mythical Creatures, etc. (The only exceptions are the few commissions from close friends). Anything animalistic I will attempt to the best of my ability.

I will not draw torture fetishes.

NSFW pieces I currently do not do publicly save for those extremely close to me. When I become more confident in my pieces, then we will see. TL;DR: No NSFW

Animations will always cost more depending on the complexity of the character and/or the action involved. This can especially be the case if you are wanting a full-blown scene or AMV depending on the backgrounds requested. Page Dolls, however, will cost less, but the price may still stack on depending on character complexity.

Once you receive the finished image from me, you may do whatever you like with it (with given credit) EXCEPT for uses in blockchains. I apologize, but until NFTs and the like are managed and observed more properly as to how transactions go, I will not be allowing my art to be used for such practices. If I find that you do this anyway, I will not be accepting your future commissions (yes, even after NFTs become much more energy efficient).

I take payments via PayPal invoice. PLEASE do not send me money otherwise. I will need a functioning email before I can send an invoice.

Since I now have business on a separate platform (Second Life), my turnaround times can be slow and can take a from a few weeks to a few months. However, if you have a deadline to be met, please let me know in advance! If you would like to have your commission done quicker, send me a message and we'll talk over payment for putting you at the front of the queue. Animations naturally will take longer as it does require my full attention and patience which I admittedly struggle with due to ADHD. I will say though, I will do my best to give any life updates or anything that may hinder the process of either animations or still pieces.

I will provide progress of the art piece for updates, however I ask that you not poke at me every hour/everyday to check on it (Monthly checks are ok though!).

Whether you contact me through a DA note, Twitter DMs, or email, when requesting a commission from me, I NEED as much info as possible of the character as well as what you would like as posing or even what background if you so choose. Even a summary of their personality can help me immensely, however personality is not required, simply recommended for the best results of accuracy.

Do know that I will not take your commission if you choose to refuse payment for it for any reason. I will also refuse to take your commission again if you choose to either make a chargeback or if you completely crop out or edit out my watermark if the commission includes it. The watermark is there for a reason. If you cannot deal with the watermark being there, then I ask that you do not commission me.
